Catering on Board Lauda Air

For many years, we have striven to offer passengers on board Lauda Air aircraft a very special culinary experience prepared by Do&Co, our internationally respected top caterer.

As a result, it is not merely our guests in Business Class, but also our Economy Class passengers who, on flights lasting 2.20 hours or longer, are already faced with the agony of choice between two different delicious menus. On flights up to 2.19 hours delicious and warm Paninis will be served.

As you would expect, of course, all wine, beer and soft drinks continue to be provided free of charge on board.

On long-haul flights in our multiple award-winning Business Class, moreover, we now serve a top 5-course menu for gourmets. Lauda Air was the first airline to offer guests a `flying` chef from Do&Co. These culinary geniuses are not merely integrated into the Business Class Service, however; as well as fulfilling their function as kitchen chefs, they take tours of the entire aircraft in an effort to persuade themselves that their creations have met with sufficient approval from their public.
